As a session ends, most people feel very relaxed and peaceful. Usually insights arise to help you understand your own healing process. Internal guidance for your healing process can continue to come into your awareness throughout the next week. Emotional balancing, heightened awareness, intuitive responses and vivid dreams are all normal after a Reiki session. It is important to drink plenty of water to aid the body in restoring balance.
Scheduling future Reiki Sessions is up to the healing goals of the individual. This can be done on a weekly, monthly or as needed basis. Some people choose to become trained in Reiki to be able to deepen their self-healing journey on a daily basis.
